HH2E is growing every day. We’re looking for talented people, idealists, visionaries and doers who want to grow with us and surpass themselves. Who we are.

We are a growing team that likes to welcome new colleagues. We are looking for qualified and motivated people in a wide range of fields who’d like to contribute their expertise and new perspectives to our company. Around 70 employees from 18 nations are looking forward to new impulses! A wide range of skills and qualifications are required for the on-site projects and at the Berlin headquarters.

When positive energies come together, it has a positive effect on our work and the German energy transition. Just like our green hydrogen, we give 100% every day. With the power of imagination about what a life worth living can look like on this planet and what energy system is needed to achieve this. With a pioneering spirit to drive forward decarbonizing the economy, actively help achieve European ESG goals, deliver a truly clean product and thus help shape a new energy landscape. Business success and working together in trusting relationships are not a contradiction for us, but a principle.

Agile working, cultural diversity, lean management, flexible working time, mutual respect, … We have everything a young company needs and everything to make it better every day when it comes to HR development. We are passionate and motivated about what we do, which shows in the development of technical innovations, the construction of power plants and sharing our ideas.
