Our projects at various locations in Germany bring energy to local regions: true economic power plants that stand for growth.
Large-scale energy transition.
As a project developer, HH2E is specialized to turn visions, plans and goals into reality. We are building and planning the construction of up to ten HH2E plants at strategically selected sites by 2032. This will make a significant contribution to a climate-neutral energy supply. At the same time, the hydrogen core network is being expanded and will cover almost 10,000 km by 2032 and lay the foundation for a future hydrogen infrastructure.

Location advantages.
For local people.
The planning and construction of 10 HH2E plants in Germany will not only be a huge boost for the energy transition, but also for the local regions. With the production of 100% green hydrogen, we are changing the energy landscape in Europe. Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Schleswig Holstein in particular will benefit from this restructuring.

High performance, economic power stations
Our power plants utilize renewable energies around the clock to produce green hydrogen. During hours of low-cost electricity generation, battery storage units are charged at high capacity in parallel with electrolysis from renewable sources. The rest of the time, the electrolysis process is fed with green electricity from batteries. The electrolysis process, which splits water into oxygen and hydrogen, produces waste heat, which is also green and can be used locally.
More than just a power plant:
An entire network.
It goes without saying that building and operating a hydrogen plant requires the combined strengths of many contributors. HH2E is well connected at a regional level across Germany. Good neighbourly relations are important to us and encompass suppliers and construction companies through to cooperating with nature and environmental protection associations. Together we are shaping a forward-thinking local region and a sustainable industrial location in Germany. Good, long-lasting relationships are part of this.
